Polaris Area Restaurants Booming

There’s lots new cooking up around Polaris between new openings and under construction projects of polished casual and fast casual restaurants.

Latest two to have opened are the Roosters at 1041 Gemini Place and Matt the Miller’s Tavern at 1436 Gemini Place. The polished casual bar and grill is not at now at four locations, three in the Columbus area.

Prior to the above two, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, a Charlotte North Carolina based chain, opened last month at 8760 Sancus. In the same building as Firebirds is Genghis Grill at 8742 Sancus, a Dallas based Asian stir fry fast casual chain of more than 100 restaurants in 23 states. Both of these opened in June.

Bibibop Asian Grill is also coming to Polaris. Based on the construction permit filed with the City of Columbus, they will be located at 1281 Polaris Parkway.

I’ve also got a couple of them that are in the early stages in that we’re still looking at several location around Polaris.
