New Six 254 Unit Story Mixed Use for Reseda

Now that the LA river waterfront is beginning the process of partial deconstruction with a planned continuous landscaped riverfront complete with walking and biking paths we’ll begin to see a revitalization of mixed use retail and multifamily condo and apartment development.

This 254 unit mixed use complex with 7,000 square feet of street level retail is slated to replace a body shop at the corner Reseda Blvd and Kittridge St. on a 2 1/2 acre parcel. The complex will feature one, two and three bedroom units with a step down to four stories as the complex approaches the single family residential area to the west.

The complex to be named The Water Mark is located less than one mile from the Orange Line Station and will offer parking for up to 436 vehicles and 287 bikes.
