Casto’s 392 Apartment Complex Slated for Dublin’s Bridge Street District

 A 392 unit apartment complex named Tuller Flats to be located on an 18 acre parcel off of Tuller Road near Lexus of Dublin went before the City of Dublin Ohio planning Commission on the 20th.

The proposed development would be comprised of 30 three and four unit buildings around a clubhouse and green space.   Both single and two levels units would be available and most would have attached garages.

“Casto is really excited for the potential Tuller Flats project in Dublin,” said Casto Marketing Director Sarah Benson. “We are very energized and enamored with the City of Dublin’s vision,” she said, adding that they hoped to share more details after the proposal is presented to Dublin’s Planning and Zoning Commission on February 20.

Tuller Flats would be close to Crawford Hoying’s 1,162 unit mixed use develop with space for new net leased retail in Dublin.  The City of Dublin has also committed to considerable infrastructure improvements for the Bridge Street District, which runs along Dublin Granville Road (State Route 161) from Sawmill on the east to I-270 to the west.   This includes a new roundabout for the intersection (oh joy, another one), a new riverside park and a pedestrian bridge across the Scioto to connect with the Dublin Ohio Historic district.

We’ll see new Dublin commercial real estate for sale and lease comprised of net leased office and retail and should drive the same for some new triple net retail space on the Columbus side of Sawmill Road.
