This will be a short post but wanted to draw attention to Columbus Underground’s Walker Evans with his monthly update of development news for Downtown Columbus, Old Town East, King Lincoln, Short North, Italian Village, Victorian Village, Harrison Park and inner ring suburbs.

It’s mostly condos and more apartments plus a bit of retail. Notable by its absence is any news regarding North Market Tower and Millennial Tower as I haven’t seen much of anything since June.
