Construction Well Underway for the Worthington Road Extension

Work began a couple of months ago on the Worthington Road extension that will run from Polaris Parkway at the top of the photo south to County Line Road at the bottom of the photo.

Design of the $6.3 million project began in 2012 with completion expected by November of this year. Utilities and sewer installation should be completed by late May and then the aggregate road base to be completed by late June.

The new road will open up access to what is presently an empty field. We’ll then see construction begin on the 504 unit multifamily apartment complex, The Ravines at Westerville.

The road will also open up access for new Westerville commercial real estate for sale and lease. There aren’t any triple net retail tenants named yet or the retail space to built.
