Dublin, Ohio Arthritis Foundation Charity Car Show

For the 32nd annual show there was a record turnout last weekend with around 1,400 cars present, including me of course. The perfect weather with no rain and moderate temperatures surely helped.

As I’ve written about here many times, Dublin, Ohio has some big plans ahead for the revitalization of Dublin Granville Road from Sawmill Road over to I-270 that includes the historic Bridge Street and High Street sector so be ready for big growth and big changes. Changes will included much needed new net leased retail, modern, high end, multiunit residential plus a water front park next to the Scioto.

Stay tuned! With all the new triple net retail space and fast casual restaurant space coming as a major addition to the Columbus metro commercial real estate market, this show is sure to get even better.
