Dublin Ohio Bridge Street Corridor Development Update

Crawford Hoying unveiled plans to invest upwards of $300,000,000 in a mixed use 25 acre development along the Scioto River and Riverside drive in Dublin, Ohio’s 1,200 acre Bridge Street Corridor project. The project will stretch from Sawmill Road to Franz along Dublin Granville Road.
The Crawford Hoying portion of the overall development will encompass over 1,000 apartments, 136 condos, 140,000 square feet of commercial office space, a 19,000 square foot specialty grocery and 31,000 square feet of triple net retail commercial property for lease. There will also be an additional 40,000 square feet of retail commercial space for specialty restaurants.
This will be a giant boon to the space starved, high end, triple net retail market in Dublin, Ohio, part of Northwest Columbus
