Easton Town Center – Ranked Number One Retail Experience

Retail industry publication, Chain Store Age, has selected Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio as the number one retail experience in the United States.

This is no surprise to most of us Columbus, Ohio commercial real estate agents, brokers and Realtors. Unfortunately for potential buyers looking for Columbus commercial property for sale, none of it is. If you’re in a 1031 exchange looking for a replacement property, I have many other ideas for you, but this isn’t one of them.

Chain Store Age picked the top ten retail experiences in the country from reader nominations reflecting “superior dining, viewing or congregation experiences to a large number of customers”.

Given that at age 20, Easton is undergoing a huge 16-acre $500 million expansion with new national and local retailers and restaurants, speaks well to the huge success of this center. I’m active all over the country and I’m not sure I know of any other retail experience like it.
