Easton signed another net lease anchor tenant for its 16-acre expansion.  Arhaus Furniture https://www.arhaus.com/, with stores currently at Tuttle and Polaris, has signed a triple net lease for a 17,500 square foot location currently under construction near Brighton Rose Way and Worth Avenue.   Opening is scheduled for late 2019.

The home furnishing chain with around 70 stores nationally sells home office, outdoor and bed and bath furnisher and has been in business for 33 years.

According to CEO John Reed “in retail it’s critical to reinvent yourself and we are excited to bring our new store design to the Columbus market.”  He also stated “We believe that retail is theater and our stores should be a place for customers to come and get inspired.”

This is a worthy addition to Easton’s huge expansion, which adds 140,000 square feet of Columbus NNN retail and restaurant space for lease, plus 125,000 square feet of new office space and 750 new residential units.  Opening is scheduled for late 2019 or early 2020.

Easton is now 12 million square feet with 5 million of that office and 4 million square feet restaurant and retail with 240 retail and restaurant tenants.  By any measure, Easton is an amazing success.
