According to Carrie Ghose with Columbus Business First, Adeptus Health of Dallas Texas is expanding into Central Ohio with a proposed three story 24 bed (expandable to 48) on a 5 .5 acre parcel. The parcel at the corner of I-71 and Gemini Place in the Polaris Fashion Mall area is currently owned by McGraw Hill.
The Texas operator of freestanding emergency treatment locations is starting an expansion into “boutique” inpatient hospital facilities.
