Westerville, Ohio Walmart is going to happen

This one is for the locals. Westerville, Ohio I mean. The Walmart, after about five years of fighting about it, is going to happen. That corner looks like crap so thankfully someone stuck with this long enough to get it moving. It’s been what, 15 years since Lazarus has been gone?
