Columbus Ohio Retail – Third Quarter 2011 – Net Absorption Up

This is much more positive news for Central Ohio that there has been positive net absorption for the last six consecutive quarters. Overall vacancy rate has fallen to 11% from 14.7% same time last year. Deal size is getting larger and properties are selling / leasing quicker. We need some new product coming online.
